The words bad breath and infants are generally words that go not go together. One source of bad breath in infants would be their pacifiers and security blankets. Bacteria can accumulate in them and multiply rapidly. When they suck on these articles, the bacteria that multiplied will be transferred back to their mouths and can cause bad breath in infants. This also applies to toys that the infant continuously places in his mouth. The best way to avoid this is to wash them often. Sterilize baby bottles and pacifiers. If these look worn, throw them out and buy new ones.
Another source of bad breath in infants can be foreign objects that get trapped in their sinus cavity. Infants have a habit of sticking small things in their mouths or up their noses, which can become blocked and cause post nasal drip or mucus. These dry the mouth and allow the anaerobic bacteria to take over. Sinusitis in infants can also cause the dry mouth condition – make sure to rehydrate your baby regularly to avoid complications and to reduce the smell.
If your infant can already eat solid food, it is best to stick to light meals spread liberally throughout the day. Meat, poultry, and fish products should only be a small part of your baby’s diet. Some infants can’t properly digest these yet. Instead, stick to vegetables, especially green leafy ones. These contain chlorophyll, which is a natural breath freshener. Mash them or put them in the blender to make sure it is small enough for your child to swallow without difficulty.
Of course, another source of bad breath in infants that parents should be aware of is an infection. Mouth or throat infections are usually caused by bacteria, which is the same thing that produces the noxious odor in the breath. These are normally accompanied by a fever and the baby’s restlessness. Set an appointment with the doctor to get your baby checked and request for an antibiotic that is baby friendly. Make sure to follow the dosages as indicated – antibiotics can wreak havoc in your infant’s immune system if not properly followed.

Food photography is a very technical area of photography because you have two dimensions to master - film and food. Here are some useful tips to help you.
Light
Light is obviously the tool of a photographer second to the camera itself. Getting this right is always the trick with any kind of photography. With food photography though it is super important. Get it wrong and no amount of photoshop work will bring the picture to life.
Use of props
The right props can bring a simple food dish alive. Some food types like fast food is dull and lifeless so choosing the right props of fresh fruit, vegetables, plates, candles etc will make the dull become magic. To be s good food photographer you must have a special eye and flair for design. if you have this skill naturally you will fly.
If you do a lot of food photography then shopping at second hand markets can be a great way to build your box of props. You can pick up expensive items like large pots and dishes and vases for a few dollars and a smile. If you do not do much then you may have to go shopping for what you need and bill the client!
Be fast or else!
Unfortunately food won't stay appealing for very long. As a food photographer you will want to be well prepared and ready to shoot your picture as soon as the dish is finished. This will give it no time to melt, collapse or lose its color. So knowing what you want the picture to turn out like will help you to prepare for the photo. One way food photographers prepare is to have everything arranged before the food is finished. By placing a temporary stand-in plate is an excellent way to get the lighting right, and when the food is finished you switch it with the finished dish and your picture is ready to be taken.
Simple way to enhance your photos
One simple way is to simply use a light high quality vegetable oil and brush it on the food! This will create a high quality shiny finish that we love to see on food.
